Who we are

Marquis Network Solutions ("we," "us") is a managed IT services company based in Laguna Niguel, California. This policy covers marquisnetworksolutions.com. It does not cover the services we provide to clients under a service agreement, which have their own terms.

Information you give us

When you fill out our contact form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, company name, the service you are interested in, and your message. Phone and company are optional. We also receive the information you share when you call or email us.

• Server logs. Like most websites, our web server records basic technical details for each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time. We use these logs to keep the site secure and working, and keep them only for a limited period.
• Cookies and analytics. We use Google Analytics and HubSpot to understand how visitors use our site, and HubSpot also connects contact form submissions with the pages a visitor viewed. Both set cookies in your browser to do this. The information includes pages visited, how you arrived at our site, and general device and browser details. • Our website hosting provider, which operates the servers our website runs on
• Our business email and productivity provider, which handles email you send us

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, sale, or transfer of our business.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can decline analytics cookies through our cookie banner when it is shown. The site will still work without them. How long we keep information

We keep contact information for as long as we have a business relationship with you or as long as it is needed to respond to you, and longer only when the law requires it. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted administrative access, and regular security updates. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and requests

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. To make a request, email us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity first. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

California residents can use the same process to review and request changes to the personal information we collected through this website.

Children

Our website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
