Know when your passwords leak, before attackers use them
Stolen logins are traded online every day, often from breaches at other websites. We watch for your company's credentials and help you lock down accounts as soon as they appear.
Your passwords may already be for sale
When a website your employees use is breached, their work email and password often end up on the dark web.
Reused passwords
Employees often reuse a work password on other sites. One breach elsewhere can open your email, files, and bank portals.
No warning
Most businesses find out about leaked credentials only after an account has been taken over and misused.
Email takeover
Attackers use stolen logins to send fake invoices and payment requests from a real employee's mailbox.
Early warning for stolen credentials
We monitor for your company's information and tell you exactly what to do when something turns up.
Domain monitoring
We watch dark web sources and breach data for email addresses on your company domain.
Timely alerts
When an exposure is found, we notify you with the affected account and where the data came from.
Guided response
We help reset affected passwords, review account activity, and confirm nothing was accessed.
Multi-factor sign-in
We make sure exposed accounts are protected by a second sign-in step, so a password alone isn't enough.
Regular reports
You receive a clear summary of exposures over time and how each one was resolved.
Staff awareness
We help employees understand why unique passwords matter and how to use a password manager.
From exposure to resolution
A simple process that turns a leak into a quick fix.
Set up
We add your company domains and key accounts to our monitoring.
Watch
Monitoring checks breach data and dark web sources on an ongoing basis.
Alert
When credentials appear, we notify you with the details and recommended steps.
Secure
We reset passwords, confirm multi-factor sign-in, and check for suspicious activity.
Alerts that come with a plan
An alert by itself doesn't protect anyone. We follow every exposure through to a reset password and a secured account.
Dark web monitoring works best alongside multi-factor sign-in and email security, and we manage all three together.
- Every alert followed through
- Clear explanations for your team
- Works with your other security layers

What is the dark web?
It's a part of the internet that isn't indexed by normal search engines. Criminals use it to buy and sell stolen data, including usernames and passwords from breached websites.
Can you remove our data from the dark web?
No one can reliably remove data once it's been leaked. What we can do is make that data useless by resetting passwords and protecting accounts with multi-factor sign-in.
Does this mean our systems were hacked?
Usually not. Most exposures come from breaches at other websites where an employee used their work email. We check your own accounts for suspicious activity to be sure.
Is dark web monitoring included in managed IT?
Dark web monitoring is part of our layered security approach for managed IT clients. We can also provide it on its own.
