Will my team need to learn a new system?
Very little. Files can still open from File Explorer or Finder, and we provide simple guidance on sharing and finding files.
Doesn't the cloud provider back up our files?
Not in the way most people expect. Providers keep the service running, but restoring deleted or encrypted data is generally your responsibility. We add a separate backup to cover that.
What about very large files?
Large design, video, or imaging files used every day can be slow over the internet. In those cases we may recommend keeping them on-site with cloud backup, or a hybrid setup.
Can we share files with clients securely?
Yes. We set up controlled sharing with expiring links and limits on who can access files outside your company.
